| 摘 要： | 本文指出经溶栓治疗脑梗死病机中标本虚实已发生主次变化,由溶栓前痰瘀热毒、阻络壅窍、败坏脑髓演变为溶栓后气血不足、脑络受损、痰热毒瘀内蕴;治疗当以益气养血为主,辅以清除痰热毒瘀等余邪,从而为中医药防治溶栓后再灌注损伤等并发症提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | Aftert reated with thrombolytic therapy,the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction has derived Insufficiency of Vital Qi and Blood,Collaterals Injured in Brain,Phlegm- Heat and Toxin- Blood Stasis.The correct therapy is dominated by Benefitin Qi and Blood,assisted by Expeling the Excess of Pathogenic Factor such as Phlegm- Heat and Toxin- Blood Stasis.The article could present reference for treatment on such disease. |
