蒿苯酯预防日本血吸虫病的实验研究

本文报道了蒿苯酯预防动物血吸虫病的实验结果。小鼠、免及犬在单次感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后第7d开始服蒿苯酯,每wkl次,连服4-6次,对宿主体内的血吸虫童虫有明显杀灭效果,减虫率达90％—100％,该药对不同感染度小鼠体内血吸虫童虫的杀灭作用相同。对连续感染14d(每d1次)的家兔减虫率亦达93.5％,蒿苯酯皮下注射给药效果比口服好,但毒性大。比较蒿苯酯、呋喃丙胺和吡喹酮3种药物杀灭血吸虫童虫的效果,以蒿苯酯为最佳。同样,蒿苯酯优于其他两种青蒿衍生物一蒿甲醚和还原青蒿素。

STUDY OF ARTENIBEXZOATE ON PREVENTION OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA

Mice, house rabbits and dogs were infected with cercarie of Schistosoma japonicum and treated orally with artenibenzoate after 7 days.once a week.for 4 - 6 weeks. The killing effect on schistosomula in the hosts was obvious. Infected mice treated with this drug at a dose of 300mg/kg for 4 times, the worm reduction rate was 90%.while rabbits at a dose of 40mg/kg for 4 time or 80mg/kg for 6 times.the worm (?)ction rate was 99.2% to 100%,and dogs with 45mg/kg for 4 times,the worm reduction rate was 97. 1%. With different intencity of infection,the killing effect on schistosomula was similar in mice. When rabbits were infected once a day for 14 days and were treated with this drug for 4 times after the last infection,the worm reduction rate was 93. 5%. When comparison was made on the effect of different ways of administration .it showed that subcutaneous injection was better than oral administration, but its toxicity was higher. In comparing with furapromide and pyquiton. artenibenzoate showed the best efficacy in killing schistosomula among these three drugs,and furthemore.it was better than the other two Artemisinine derivatives - dihydroartemisinine and artemether also.
