纤维鼻咽内窥镜下观察咽鼓管咽口及腺样体形态与中耳疾病相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨纤维鼻咽内窥镜下咽鼓管咽口及腺样体形态与中耳疾病相关性。方法对120例180耳完整临床资料进行分析。结果中耳疾病组与正常组相比,咽鼓管咽口形态有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。正常组以三角形为主,占108/120(60%);咽鼓管异常开放症,以圆形为多,占8/12;渗出性中耳炎,咽口多为缝隙状,占18/30;慢性单纯性的脓性中耳炎,咽口也多为缝隙状,占8/18(44.4%)。中耳疾病组发现腺样体肥大53例,其中Ⅰ度肥大31例,Ⅱ度肥大20例,Ⅲ度肥大1例。结论中耳疾病与咽鼓管咽口及腺样体形态有极显著相关性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the relativity of conformation of pharyngotympanic tube mouth and pharyngealtonsil and the disease of middle ear in fibre endoscope.Methods 120 patients(180 sides) who suffered from the disease of middle ear were analyzed.Results Relative to normal group,pharyngotympanic tube mouth conformation of the group of middle ear disease is statistically significantly different(P<0.01).In normal group,triangle giving the first place was 108/120(60%).In the group of middle ear disease,abnormal open of pharyngotympanic tube mouth giving the priority to circle was 8/12,secretory otitis media giving the priority to gap was 18/30,chronic suppurative otitis media relying mainly on gap was 8/18(44.4%),then we found pharyngealtonsil hypertrophy 53 cases,of which Ⅰ° was 31,Ⅱ° 20,Ⅲ° 1.Conclusion The relativity of conformation of pharyngotympanic tube mouth and pharyngealtonsil is statistically significantly remarkable.
