目的探讨计算机信息化管理在口腔专科医院消毒供应中心的应用。方法 2011年1—7月在广州医学院口腔医院对实施计算机信息化管理前、后(3个月)单次回收器械所需时间、器械清洗质量、器械配包及包装质量、发放错误情况资料进行收集整理,并对实施信息化管理前、后情况进行比较。结果 (1)实施信息化管理后较实施前单次回收器械平均所需时间明显缩短,器械清洁率升高,器械混淆、丢失率及发送差错率有所下降,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔医院消毒供应中心实施信息化管理后,实现了器械清洗消毒质量全程可追溯管理,提高工作效率,减少差错发生,全面提升了消毒供应中心综合管理水平,值得推广。

Comparative study on the application of computerized information management to the sterilization supply center

Objective To investigate the application of computerized information management to stomatology hospital disinfection supply center. Methods From January to July in 2011,the information on single recycling equipment required time,equipment cleaning quality,equipment distribution packages and packaging quality and the provided wrong data were collected in the Stomatology Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College,and the situation was compared before and after the implementation of information management. Results The average time needed for the single recycling equipment was shortened,and equipment cleaning rate,equipment confusion,loss rate and transmission error rate dropped after the information management was implemented . The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The information management makes the instrument cleaning and disinfecting quality traceable,improves work efficiency and reduces the corresponding errors. It is useful to improve the level of integrated management of sterilization of the supply center comprehensively,and is worth popularizing.
