| Abstract: | It has been a big challenge fi）r general dentists and endodontists to prepare fine and curved root canals effectively. Based on the authors＇ clinical experience, this paper discusses several key-points about fine and curved root canal preparation which practitioners concern, such as concept of curved canal and fine canal, selection of instruments and techniques, coronal preflaring, prevention of complications which occur in apical third, and instrument fraeture. |
