| 摘 要： | 高血压脑出血是一种具有高死亡率、高致残率的疾病,在行改良小骨窗开颅血肿清除术(微创手术:显微手术和钻孔碎吸)与传统开颅大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术2种不同术式治疗高血压脑出血的分析中,结果显示年龄、术前GCS评分,手术时机、出血量和有无脑室内出血,均明显影响患者的预后。发现脑出血的量即血肿大小与急性期病死率密切相关,而脑室内出血和年龄则影响后期死亡率。2种术式在手术时间、住院时间和生存率方面无明显差异,但在术后再出血的发生上存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:We aim to compare the treatment effects of two methods between modified mini-craniotomy and traditional large trauma craniotomy.Results:It showed that age,GCS score,the time of pre operation,hemorrhage,and hemorrhage in brain were not associated with the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.In addition,the hemorrhage in brain was associated with the mortality in acute stage.However,the hemorrhage in brain and age could affect the mortality in late stage.Conclusion:The two methods did not ... |
