急性面神经炎患者面神经传导检测分析

目的分析面神经炎患者早期面神经运动传导检测指标,探讨其在面神经炎早期诊断中的临床价值。方法 43例面神经炎患者在发病1周内进行双侧面神经运动传导对比检测,比较健、患侧面神经运动传导动作电位波幅。结果 43例面神经炎患者中所有患者患侧波幅较健侧均有不同程度降低,其中有3例患侧诱发不出运动传导波幅,呈现病理电静息,患侧与健侧相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论面神经运动传导波幅检测可作为面神经损伤的早期诊断指标之一,并对预后有一定的判断价值。

Analysis of facial nerve motor conduction in patients with facial paralysis

Objective To analysis the facial nerve motor conduction in patients with facial paralysis,discuss the function in the early diagnosis.Methods The action potential amplitude of motor conduction of both healthy and affected sides in 43 patients within a week were detected and compared.Results All of the amplitude of facial nerve in affected sides were declined,there were three patients with no motor conduction induced,showed pathological power resting.There was a significant difference in amplitude between the healthy and affected sides（P0.05）.Conclusion The detection of facial nerve motor conduction is one of the objective indexes for the early diagnosis of Facial paralysis,it can be an index for prognosis.
