老年患者颅脑损伤围手术期心功能维护21例报告

目的探讨老年患者颅脑损伤后围手术期心内科医生参与的心功能维护方法与疗效。方法回顾性分析我院由心内科医生参与围手术期心功能维护的老年患者颅脑损伤的临床资料。结果围手术期心功能维护指导共21例;顺利渡过手术期15例,术中出现心脏骤停2例,心律失常4例,急性左心衰7例;死亡共4例（术中心脏骤停复苏失败死亡1例,术后再出血死亡1例、心力衰竭死亡1例、肺部感染死亡1例）。结论老年颅脑损伤患者合并有心功能不全必须进行手术时,可由心内科医生参与围手术期心功能维护,是提高手术成功及改善临床结局较好合作方式。

To maintain perioperative cardiac function for elderly patients with brain injury (reports of 21 cases)

Objective To study method of maintenance and efficacy of cardiac function of brain injury in elderly patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital physicians from the heart of perioperative cardiac function in elderly patients to maintain clinical data of brain injury.Results Perioperative cardiac function to maintain a total of 21 patients with the guidance,Through the surgery successfully on 15 patients,Intraoperative cardiac arrest in 2 cases,4 cases of arrhythmia,7 cases of acute left heart failure,4 cases of death.Conclusion Elderly patients with head injury must be determined to surgery dysfunction may be involved in perioperative cardiac physicians to maintain heart function,is to improve the surgical success and improve clinical outcome of good cooperation.
