养血清脑颗粒治疗226例老年人慢性脑供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察分析养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足的治疗效果。方法采取甲乙两组疗效对照,乙组治疗前后疗效对照,2周与4周的疗效对照的三重对照方法,通过观察患者症状是否减轻,来了解药物的实际疗效。结果服用养血清脑颗粒1周开始显效,患者症状不同程度减轻,无明显不良反应。服用2周后药效明显,依从性好,服用4周后疗效稳定,还可适当减少其他扩血管药物和镇静药物。结论养血清脑颗粒对于慢性脑供血不足具有多样性确切疗效,且药性温和,无明显不良反应,对老年患者尤为适用。

Effectiveness of Yangxueqingnao granule on 266 cases of senile CCCI

Objective Observe and analyze the effectiveness of Yangxueqingnao granule in treating chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI）.Methods Observe patient reactions and evaluate the actual effectiveness of the medicine by comparing Results of patient group A and group B,contrast before and after of group B,and comparing progresses during week 2 and week 4 of treatment.Results Yangxueqingnao Granule starts to take effect in a week,alleviating patient symptoms to different degrees,without evident side effect.The medicine is obviously effective after the 2nd week,exhibiting good treatment compliance.In four weeks,the effectiveness becomes stable and allows appropriate reduction in usage of vasodilative and sedative medicines.Conclusion Yangxueqingnao granule is versatile and effective in treating CCCI.The medicine is mild,without any side effect,and is especially suitable for senile patients.
