| 摘 要： | 目的:低分子肝素(LMWH)配合其他方法预防老年人髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT,deepveinthrombosis)的作用。方法:采用皮下注射低分子肝素(LMWH),配合股四头肌舒缩、CPM机(肢关节功能恢复器)功能锻炼等机械措施预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成。结果:本组40例患者髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为2.5%。结论:低分子肝素(LMWH)配合其他措施是预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效方法。
