临床护理路径在尿毒症动静脉内瘘术中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在终末期肾病动静脉内瘘成形术中的应用效果。方法 2009年3月～2010年10月收治160例尿毒症患者随机分观察组、对照组,分析实施临床护理路径前后患者的住院天数、并发症发生率、总住院费用等情况。结果实施临床护理路径后,动静脉内瘘患者的住院天数、住院总费用及并发症发生率均较对照组减少,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在终末期肾病动静脉内瘘患者治疗中实施临床护理路径有效降低了患者住院天数、费用和并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。

Application of clinical pathway in uremia with arteriovenous internal fistula operation

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effects of clinical pathway in Uremia with Arteriovenous internal fistula operation.Methods Clinical pathway was performed in 80 Ure mia patients.The in-hospital duration,complication rate and total medical cost were compared with those in control group.Results After the application of clinical pathway,the in-hospital duration,total medical cost and postoperative complications in the clinical pathway group were reduced significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical pathway can effectively reduce in-hospital duration,medical cost and postoperative complications in uremia patients with arteriovenous internal fistula operation.
