23例全身麻醉苏醒延迟临床分析

目的探讨全身麻醉苏醒延迟的相关因素和解决策略。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年1月～2009年12月收治的23例全身麻醉苏醒延迟患者的临床资料,探讨发生原因及相关对策。结果本组23例患者自手术结束到完全苏醒的时间为2.4～7.1h,平均5.1h。苏醒延迟原因中药物过量引起者11例,药物相互作用6例,呼吸功能不全3例,心血管功能障碍2例,体温调节功能障碍1例。结论导致全身麻醉苏醒延迟的原因较多,加强术前检查和手术过程中的监护工作可以降低苏醒延迟的发生率。

23 cases of general anesthesia revive delay clinical analysis

Objective To investigate the general anesthesia,factors related to delayed recovery and resolution strategies.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2007 ～ December 2009 23 patients were treated under general anesthesia in patients with delayed recovery of clinical data to study the causes and related countermeasures.Results 23 patients fully awake since the end of surgery to the time for the 2.4 ～ 7.1h,an average of 5.1h.Causes of delayed recovery caused 11 cases of drug overdose,drug interactions 6 patients,respiratory insufficiency in 3 cases,cardiovascular dysfunction in 2 cases,body temperature regulation dysfunction in 1 case.Conclusion The result in general anesthesia causes more delay,to strengthen the process of preoperative and surgical care in the work to reduce the incidence of delayed recovery.
