腹腔镜与显微外科治疗精索静脉曲张术后复发的疗效比较

摘    要:目的探讨原发性精索静脉曲张(VC)术后复发患者经腹腔镜与显微外科行精索血管结扎术疗效比较。方法将诊断为原发性精索静脉曲张术后复发患者64例随机分为两组,A组29例,行腹腔镜下精索血管集束结扎术;B组35例,行显微外科精索静脉结扎术。A组和B组术前及术后6个月、12个月常规精液常规检查,并对两组病例愈后情况进行对比研究。结果术后经12个月随访,两组间术后再次复发率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组精液质量较术前均有改善,而两组间精液之精液量、精子密度、液化时间、畸形率、A+B级精子率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论腹腔镜与显微外科治疗精索静脉曲张术后复发均可提高精液质量,但显微外科对VC复发者具有创伤小、并发症少、可明显提高精液质量的优点。

Laparoscopic and microsurgical treat varicocele the curative effect of recurrent comparison

Abstract:Objective To study the primary varicocele(VC) patients with recurrent by laparoscopic and microsurgical line spermatic vascular ligation curative effect comparison.Methods Diagnosis of primary varicocele patients with recurrent 64 cases with randomly divided into two groups,A group of 29),under laparoscopic ligation spermatic vascular bundles;B group 35 examples,line microsurgical spermatic vein ligation.Group A and B group,the preoperative and postoperative 6 months,12 months routine examination,and conventional semen after two groups of cases by comparing the research.Results Postoperative after 12 months follow-up,postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups again no obvious difference(P〈0.05),two groups of semen quality is preoperative all have improved,and between the two groups quantity,sperm density semen semen,liquefaction time,deformity rate,A+B level sperm rate more show statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic and microsurgical treat varicocele were recurrent semen quality,but can improve microsurgery to VC relapses has small trauma,fewer complications,and semen quality can obviously increase the advantages.
