| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期综合康复治疗对急性脑血栓脑梗患者整体功能的影响。方法:将60例急性脑血栓脑梗患者分为康复组和常规治疗组,分别采用BRSS和ADL评分法于治疗3个月后评定2组患者肢体运动功能。结果:治疗3个月后BRSS和ADL评分比较,康复组患者BRSS和ADL评分明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复治疗可有效改善急性脑血栓脑梗患者的运动功能,提高ADL能力。 |
