| 摘 要： | 目的为制定符合国情的医疗损害鉴定办法或操作细则有所帮助和借鉴。方法在中华医学会调查表基础上,对30位鉴定专家进行了问卷调查。结果绝大多数鉴定专家支持医学会组织医疗鉴定。结论鉴定专家对医疗损害鉴定程序的理解与司法程序的要求存在一定差距。

| Abstract: | Objective To constitute the the methods and the detailed operation rules and regulations of medical malpractice appraisement.Methods Based on the questionary of Chinese Medical Association,do the survey to 30 medical malpractice appraisement experts.Results The majority of medical malpractice appraisement experts support Chinese Medical Association to organize the medical malpractice appraisement.Conclusion The difference is existing between the understanding about medical malpractice appraisement procedure by the medical malpractice appraisement experts and the requirement of national judicial process. |
