连续性血液净化联合甲基强的松龙对百草枯中毒的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨连续性血液净化(CVVH)联合甲基强的松龙冲击治疗百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法 2009~2010年经诊治的急性重症百草枯中毒患者62例。分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予连续性血液净化(CVVH)治疗,分别于中毒后7d1、4d2、1d和12周进行疗效评价。所有的患者人院后进行三大常规,动脉血气分析及肺部CT动态检查。结果中毒后7d1、4d、21d和12周治疗组患者其存活率均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论采用连续性血液净化(CVVH)联合大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗百草枯中毒的临床疗效明优于常规治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of continuous blood purifyication combined methylprednisolone in the treatment of paraquat poisoning.Methods 2009~2010 by the diagnosis and treatment of patients with paraquat poisoning in 62 cases,were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group.control group given Conventional treatment.treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of continuous blood purifyication,In poisoning after 7days.14days.21days and 12weeks for evaluation.All patients admitted to hospital after the inspection should routine of the three,myocardial enzymes,arterial blood gas analysis,observation of dynamic lung CT.Results The poisoning after7days,14days,21days and 12weeks of control group of patients different their survival rate were significantly higher than treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion continuous blood purifyication(CVVH) combined methylprednisolone in the treatment of paraquat poisoning of clinical efficacy is superior to conventional treatment.
