聊城市地氟病病区村儿童氟中毒现况研究

目的:了解聊城市地氟病病区村儿童氟斑牙的流行现状。方法:采用多级抽样的方法调查了30个病村600名8～12岁儿童的氟斑牙病情及发病原因,用x2检验3,4]和秩和检验进行了分析。结果:聊城市病区村导致儿童氟斑牙发病的原因很可能是水氟含量高、接触高氟水的年限长(年龄)、地质环境和贫穷所致的蛋白质、钙、镁、硒摄入较少等问题。结论:聊城市政府部门应该加强对病区村群众的健康教育,加大对农村安全饮水工程的支持。

The Research of the Village' s Children with Endemic Fluorosis in Liaocheng Prefecture Rural Areas

Objective:To understand the Current condition of the Children’s dental endemic fluorosis in Liaocheng Prefecture. Methods:The disease control and prevention center of liaocheng city though multi-stage sampling methods investigated eight to twelve years old children among six hundred children in thirty villages. The X 2 (P3-4)and Rank sum tests were used to analyze and find out the cause of the disease condition. Results:The cause of the children’s dental disease in Liaocheng most likely is due to the higher level of fluoride in the water, caused by the geology of the areas and the daily use of the water with high fluoride content. The poverty of the people in the villages results in less protein, calcium, magnesium and selenium in their diet and this enhances the development of endemic fluorosis. Conclusion:The liaocheng city government department should do much more to strengthen the health education for the people in the disease area and greatly increasing the support for the safe water project in the rural area.
