| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创后路椎间盘镜经椎板间隙入路行椎管及神经根管减压、椎间盘髓核摘除治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症的可行性、技术改进及处理要点。方法:采用MED对老年性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症患者行侧隐窝减压、髓核摘除、神经根管扩大术。结果:本组13例,随访3~12个月,疗效评定按改良MacNab标准评定:优8例,良4例,可1例,优良率92.3%。结论:合理选择患者,配合应用改良工具,MED技术可用于治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症,精准、微创,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the feasibility,technique improvement and the experience of microendoscopic discectomy (MED) for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis accompany with disc herniation. Methods:MED was used to remove the nucleus and amplify the nerve root canal.Results:Thirteen cases were followed for 3～12 months, excellent were 8, good were 4, fair was 1. Conclusion:To select the suitable patients and using special instruments, MED can be used in older patients suffered with lumbar spinal stenosis accompany with disc herniation and acquire satisfaction result. |
