下颌骨粉碎性骨折的处理对策

目的总结下颌骨粉碎性骨折的处理对策。方法对26例下颌骨粉碎性骨折采用IMF＋ORIF治疗。结果全部患者骨折均一期愈合,无内固定器断裂脱落,无骨不连等并发症;4例患者行调磨咬颌外,其余咬颌均恢复良好,所有患者张口度均恢复到受伤前水平,均未出现进食困难,面部畸形等不良反应。结论下颌骨粉碎性骨折的治疗采用联合术式,颌间固定能更好的恢复下颌骨的解剖结构,获得良好的咬合关系,切开复位内固定术可使骨折具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。

Objective The summary of the measures against the smashing fracture in the lower jaw.Methods Internaxillary fixation（IMF） plus open reduction and internal fixation（ORI｜F）.Results The smashing fractures in all the cases are concres＇cent in the first recovering period,with the result that there are no falling off of the fixation and no syndrome,such as bone nonunion,etc.The occluding relation is in good condition except four cases,which need adjustment in occluding.All the patients are recovered to the normal level without the kickback of taking-food difficulty and facial abnormality.Conclusion To adopt the combination of techniques in the cure of the smashing fracture in the lower jaw can get the good result of occluding relation and better recovery of the lower jaw and open reduction and internal fixation are stable and reliable in the cure of the smashing fracture.
