比索洛尔对扩心病患者心率变异性及QT离散度的影响

目的探讨选择性β受体阻滞剂比索洛尔对扩张性心肌病（DCM）患者心率变异性（HRV）及QT离散度（QTd）的影响。方法随机将患者分为比索洛尔治疗组及常规治疗对照组,观察两组患者治疗前后HRV及QTd各项指标的变化情况。结果应用比索洛尔和常规治疗6周后,两组患者HRV和QTd均有一定的改善;两组间HRV参数及QTd变化值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效高于对照组。结论选择性β受体阻滞剂比索洛尔可明显改善心脏自主神经功能活动,可能起到减少猝死和心血管事件发生的作用。

Variety of heart rate variability and QT dispersion after bisoprolol therapy in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To study the variety of heart rate variability（HRV） and QT dispersion（QTd） after bisoprolol therapy for dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）.Methods The patients with DCM were randomly assigned to two groups which receive bisoprolol therapy and taken conventional digitals,diuretics,vasodilators therapy.All parameters of HRV and QTd were observed.Results After 6 weeks treatment,HRV and QTd in two groups of patients had some improvement（P〈0.05）.Compared to the control group,the QTd in bisoprolol group decreased significantly,with improvement of index of HRV（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To improve the cardiac autonomic nervous activity,bisoprolol will decrease the possibility of sudden death and cardiovascular events.
