120例习惯性流产患者的病因分析

目的分析习惯性流产病因,以便更好指导患者优生优育。方法分析了120例习惯性流产患者临床资料。结果习惯性流产常见病因有：免疫因素（ABO抗原）;内分泌因素（黄体功能不良）、子宫因素（子宫畸形、子宫肌瘤）,遗传基因缺陷（染色体异常）;感染原因（巨细胞病毒感染,弓形体感染,支原体感染）以及精子异常。其中ABO抗原不相容是导致习惯性流产最主要的因素。结论降低这些病因的发生率可减少习惯性流产的发生。

The analysis on the pathogeny of 120 habitual abortion patients

Objective To analyse the pathogeny of habitual abortion for providing better guidance to patients in terms of birth control and healthy child birth.Methods The clinical data of were analysed.Results The common pathogeny of habitual abortion included： immune factor（ABO antigen）,endocrine factor（luteal phase deficiency）,uterus factor（uterine malformation,myoma of uterus）,heredity genetic flaw（chromosome abnormality）,infection（cytomegalovirus infection,toxoplasm infection,mycoplasma infection） and cacospermia.ABO antigen incompatibility is the leading factor to cause habitual abortion.Conclusion To reduce incidence of these pathogeny is helpful to lessen habitual abortion.
