2种不同术式对慢性泪囊炎治疗效果的临床观察

目的比较鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术与传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术的疗效。方法回顾分析136例慢性泪囊炎患者手术的效果,其中61例行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术（简称内镜组）,75例行传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术（简称传统组）。结果鼻内镜组治愈27例,有效率93.1%,传统组治愈19例,有效率95%,P〉0.05,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术与传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效相近,但鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术创伤小,符合现代微创外科手术。

2 different surgical treatment of chronic dacryocystitis clinical observation

Objective To compare endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac surgery with the traditional pore dacryocystorhinostomy effect.Methods,Retrospective analysis of 136 cases of surgical.Results In patients with chronic dacryocystitis,including 61 regular endoscopic nasal pore lacrimal surgery（referred to as endoscopic group）,75 regular conventional dacryocystorhinostomy（the traditional group）.Results 44 patients were cured endoscopic,efficiency 93.4%,traditional 19 patients were cured,efficiency 93.3%,P 0.05,no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery nasal lacrimal pore conventional dacryocystorhinostomy with similar efficacy,but the pore endoscopic nasal lacrimal surgery trauma,in line with modern minimally invasive surgery.
