血清唾液酸对老年病患者肿瘤诊断的价值

目的观察老年心脑血管疾病及肺癌患者血清唾液酸的变化,探讨对老年病患者肿瘤诊断的价值。方法采用血清唾液酸快速检测法,对48例心脑血管疾病患者及42例肺癌患者的血清唾液酸进行测定。结果心脑血管疾病患者血清唾液酸与正常健康人差异无统计学意义,肺癌患者血清唾液酸显著升高。脑血管疾病患者血清唾液酸高于心血管患者。结论血清唾液酸检测对心脑血管疾病的诊断、治疗监测等方面的价值不太大,而对肺癌的诊断筛选、疗效观察、预后判断等具有重要的临床意义。

The clinical significance of measuring serum sialic acid in the old patients with cancer.

Objective To compare the level of serum sialic acid（SSA） between old patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases and lung cancer,in order to discuss the clinical significance of diagnosis in old patients with cancer.Methods The level of SSA was detected in 48 old patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases,42 old patients with lung cancer using the rapid determination of SSA method.Results The level of SSA in old patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases and healthy controls had no difference,but in the old patients with lung cancer was significantly higher.Moreover,SSA level in the old patients with cerebral vascular diseases was higher than cardiovascular diseases.Conclusion It indicated that the level of SSA could be used as an index for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of lung cancer instead of cardiocerebral vascular diseases in old patients.
