102例小儿慢性腹痛与幽门螺旋杆菌感染关系的临床分析

目的:研究幽门螺旋杆菌感染与小儿慢性腹痛的关系,探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染在小儿慢性腹痛中的临床意义。方法:选取2008年～2011年在大庆油田总医院门诊确诊慢性腹痛患儿102例,采静脉血进行快速尿素酶试验检测幽门螺旋杆菌尿素酶抗体,结果为阳性者提示有幽门螺旋杆菌感染。结果:102例慢性腹痛患儿中幽门螺旋杆菌阳性共48例,阳性率47.06%。其中3～5岁12例,幽门螺旋杆菌阳性3例,阳性率25.00%;6～9岁39例,幽门螺旋杆菌阳性共18例,阳性率46.15%;10~14岁51例,幽门螺旋杆菌阳性27例,阳性率52.94%。结论:慢性腹痛患儿中幽门螺旋杆菌感染率较高,且随年龄段增加感染率呈上升趋势,提示幽门螺旋杆菌与小儿慢性腹痛有密切关系。对慢性腹痛患儿进行幽门螺旋杆菌检测,对于及早发现幽门螺旋杆菌感染并进行及时治疗有重要临床意义。
