口服胺碘酮治疗难治性室性期前收缩68例临床观察

目的评价口服胺碘酮治疗难治性室性期前收缩的疗效和安全性。方法入选68例难治性期前收缩患者接受胺碘酮治疗，胺碘酮先予负荷量200mg，3次／d，连用1周；200mg，2次／d，连用1周，再予小剂量100～200mg，1次／d维持。每周门诊或电话随访1次。结果随访0．4～2．8年。有效48例，无效16例，恶化4例，有效率达70．6％。毒副作用相对较少，停药率为8．8％。结论口服胺碘酮治疗难治性室性期前收缩的疗效显著，且安全性好。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 68 Cases of Refractory Ventricular Pre- mature Systole by Oral Amiodarone

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of amiodarone on refractory ventricular premature systole and its safe. Methods Amiodarone was administered to 68 cases of refractory ventricular premature systole （200 mg of load dosage, 3 times per day for one week; followed with 200 mg, 2 times per day for one week; then remained with 100 -200 mg one time per day）. The patients were followed up once a week at out-patient department or by telephone. Results According to the follwing up of 0.4 - 2.8 years, it was effective on 48 （with an effective rate of 70.6% ） and noneffective on 16 cases. Worsening occurred in 4 cases. The side effects were not common relatively. The percentage of those who had to stopped taking amiodarone was 8.8%. Conclusion Amiodarone proves to be an effective and reliable treatment for refractory ventrieular premature systole.
