胃癌中CA242和CD44v6蛋白的表达及其与临床病理的相关性

目的探讨CA242和CD44v6蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测120例胃癌、30例异型增生和20例正常胃黏膜组织中CA242和CD44v6蛋白表达，结合肿瘤的病理学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结果在胃癌组织中，CA242和CD44v6阳性率分别为79．2％（95／120）和81．7％（98／120），均显著高于异型增生和正常胃黏膜组织（P〈0．05）。CA242和CD44v6表达与胃癌浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和患者预后密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论CA242和CD44v6表达与胃癌发生、转移和患者生存期相关，CA242和CD44v6蛋白表达可作为预测胃癌患者预后的参考指标。

Study on the relationship between the expression of CA242 and CD44. and their clinicopathologic significance in gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of CA242 and CD44v6 protein in gastric cancer （GC） and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CA242 and CD44v6 protein in 120 cases of GC, 30 cases of gastric epithelial dysplasia and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. The pathological feature of GC and clinical follow-up data was also analysed. Results The positive rate of CA242 and CD44v6 was 79.2 % and 81.7 %, respectively in primary GC. The positive rate of CA242 and CD44v6 in GC was higher than that in epithelial dysplasia and normal gastric mucosa （P 〈0.05）. The expression of CA242 and CD44v6 was closely related to infiltration of serosa, metastasis of lymph node and prognosis of patients （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion These data suggest that the expression of CA242 and CD44v6 is closely related to carcinogenesis, metastasis and survival rate in GC. CA242 and CD44v6 may be prognostic indicators of GC.
