三种外科手臂消毒方法的应用效果比较

目的为选择一种在紧急情况下用于外科手臂消毒的有效消毒剂及方法。方法对临床常用的聚维酮碘、氨己定消毒液洗手方法重新设计，并对其消毒效果进行了微生物检测，同时与传统快速洗手法（碘酊＋乙醇）进行比较。结果1．8％氯己定、0．5％聚维酮碘手臂灭菌率为100％。而2．5％碘酊手臂灭菌率为63％，其手消毒效果明显优于传统快速手臂消毒法，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）；且三组外科洗手消毒所用时间是相同的。结论聚维酮碘是一种高效、低毒、杀菌谱广的消毒剂，而且经济、省时、稳定性能好，适用于野战情况下外科手臂消毒。

Study on Methodology of Preoperarive Hand-scrubbing-disinfection in an Emergency

Objective To find out practical and reliable methods to cleaning and disinfecting hands before operation in an emergency. Methods We redesigned the methods of preoperative hand-scrubbing-disinfection with liquid iodophor and chlorhexidine, which were compared with the traditiorual disinfection-method of tincture of iodine. Results Three groups took the same time to finish the disinfection. Iodophor and chlorhexidine killed all the bacteria with a disinfection rate of 100% , higher than that of the traditional method （ 63 % ）. Conclusion Iodophor and chlorhexidine are SUitable liquid for sterilization in an emergency.
