松茸的化学成分、活性及其药理作用研究进展

摘    要:松茸是珍贵的菌类,具有很高的营养价值与药用价值,大部分松茸均出口日本。其组成成分复杂,含有多糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽、甾类、萜类、油脂以及多种酶。具有多种生物活性,有抗肿瘤,抗菌,抗病毒,治疗糖尿病以及美白、免疫调节等功效。本文综述了松茸的有效成分与生物学活性、药理作用与临床应用。

A review of Tricholoma Matsutake in its chemical components,biological and pharmacological activities

Abstract:Tricholoma Matsutake is one of the most precious fungi in the world with good nutrition and medicinal properties. It consists of multiple components, such as polysaccharides, amino acids, proteins, polypeptides, steroids, Terpenes, lipids and many enzymes. Therefore, it bears multiple bioactivities including anti-tumor, antisepsis, antivirus, antidiabetes, imunnoregulation and whitening. This review focuses on its recent biological and pharmacological activities and related components, clinic application.
