摘    要:在安静状态下对147名运动员颈椎病患者的肌电图检查显示,正相、纤颤及束颤失神经电位的呈现率达98.6%。结合颈椎X线片分析,肌电图失神经电位出现是颈椎病变造成的对颈脊神经的机械性刺激或压迫所致。文章据此认为,肌电图检查可作为颈椎病定性定位诊断的依据之一。

Abstract:In order to provide reliable clinical diagnosis for cervical spondylosis in athletes, an EMG testwas made on 147 patients with an average age of 31.4 and an average case history of 2.8 years.Among these, 87 or 58%, were traumatic cases. The symptoms were rather complicated--mainly dizziness, headache, numbness in the fingers and pains in the neck, shoulder and back. Cervical X-ray examination showed abnormal position of cer-vical vertebra, narrowing of intervertebral space and marginal osseous hyperplasia. Concentric needles connected with electrodes were inserted into both sides of muscles--sternocleido-mastoideus, trapezius, brachial biceps and adductor pollices brevis. The insertions were made to threedifferent depths at 15 different positions for a 15-minute simultaneous observation on three to moni-tor the sound of discharges from the muscles. Spontaneous potential records showed that 145 cascs(98.6%) had spontaneous pathological potential--with positive sharp waves for 5.95%, fibrillation for22.14%, fasciculation for 31.43%, both positive sharp waves and fasciculation for 3.33%, both fib-rillation and fasciculation for 25.24%, a combination of the three for 9.05%, and prolonged poten-tial for 2.86%. A three-section anatomical analysis revealed that denervation of EMG potential and pathologicalchanges observed in X-ray examinations occurred mostly in the middle and lower sections, as a re-sult of stimulation and pressure of the nerve roots. Therefore, the EMG test can be used as an effe-ctive method for determining the position and nature of cervical spondylosis.
