| 摘 要： | 目的比较氟比洛芬酯预防术后躁动及术后不良反应等的临床疗效。方法按照随机表将我院169例择期行全身麻醉开胸手术的患者随机分为3组，包括氟比洛芬酯组64例、舒芬太尼组55例、对照组50例。结果氟比洛芬酯组患者术后躁动发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）；不良反应发生率低于舒芬太尼组（P〈0．05）。结论氟比洛芬酯预防术后躁动和不良反应的效果显著，适合于临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the analgesic effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and sufentanil used separately intravenously,postoperatively.Methods One hundred and sixty-nine cases were divided randomly into three groups,the flurbiprofen axetil group(64 cases),the sufentanil group(55 cases) and the control group(50 cases).Results The incidence of postoperative agitation in the flurbiprofen axetil group was lower than that in the control group after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac... |
