| 摘 要： | 目的：探索和研究大同市二次供水卫生监督模式,为创建国家卫生城市提供参考依据和规范二次供水单位管理。方法：分析近几年对全市169家二次供水单位开展的专项监督检查,总结二次供水卫生监督的现状和存在的问题。结果：发现二次供水单位存在职责不清、多头监管等4个主要方面的问题,提出加强二次供水卫生监督管理的相应对策。结论：完善和健全生活饮用水卫生监督管理法律法规,加大饮用水卫生监督监测执法力度,确保居民饮用水卫生安全。

| Abstract: | Objective：To standardize management of the secondary water supply units by exploration and research of the health supervision mode in secondary water supply to provide reference basis of the national sanitary city.Methods：The special supervision and inspection for 169 secondary water supply units were carried out to reveal the current situation and existing problems of the health supervision in Datong secondary water supply.Results：Four Problems,such as unclear responsibilities,regulatory fragmentation of the units were found.The measures that improved the secondary water supply management were provided.Conclusion：The education of the laws and regulations should be strengthened,eliminating or reducing the hidden safety troubles in the secondary water supply etc. |
