关节镜下应用不同内固定材料治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折的疗效分析

目的比较应用不同内固定材料治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折的临床疗效。方法将收治的胫骨髁间棘骨折患者3l例，按应用钢丝、空心螺钉为内固定材料分别分为A、B两组，根据膝关节功能（HSS）评分和Lysholm评分对膝关节的功能效果进行评估。结果所有病人均随访6～18个月，平均（11．4土2．8）个月。所有病例术后骨折均愈合，A、B两组的平均HSS评分分别为（90．8土2．4）和（91．5土2．0），平均Lysholm评分分别为（91．1土2．3）和（92．4士1．9），两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0，05）。结论关节镜下复位后钢丝或空心螺钉内固定治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折均疗效满意，术后膝关节功能良好。

Curative Effect of Internal Fixation with Different Materials on Tibial Eminence Fracture under Arthroscope

Objective To compare the curative effect of internal fixation with different materials on tibiao eminence fracture. Meth- ods 3 l＇cases with tibial eminence fracture were divided into 2 groups： group A and group B, internal fixation with steel wires was made in patients of group A while that with hollow screw in patients of group B; HSS scores and Lysholm scores were applied to evaluate the knee joint function and the effect. Results Follow-up lasted from 6 months to 18 months with the average of （11.4土2.8） months; all the patients healed; the average HSS scores in the 2 groups were （90.8土2.4） and （91.5土2.0） respectively; the average Lysholm scores in the 2 groups were （91,1土2,3） and （92.4土 1.9） respectively; the difference between the 2 groups was of no statistical significance （P 〉 0,05）. Conclusions Internal fixation with steel wires or hollow screw after reduction under arthroscope is of good curative effect on tibial emi- nence fracture and knee joint function recovers well after operation.
