| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨质疏松与青少年休门病（Scheuermann’s disease,SD）的关系。方法研究对象包括青少年SD患者10例和正常青少年30例。所有研究对象均行双能X线吸收仪测量非优势侧的股骨近端和腰椎（L2～4）的骨密度（bone mineral density,BMD）,将2组受试者的测量结果进行t检验比较,并对SD组BMD结果与后凸Cobb角角度进行相关性分析。结果 2组受试者在年龄、性别比例、体重指数（body mass index,BMI）、腰椎及非优势侧股骨近端BMD上差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,SD组患者腰椎及非优势侧股骨近端BMD与后凸Cobb角角度无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。结论骨质疏松可能不是青少年发生SD的致病因素,骨质疏松与SD的严重程度可能无关。
