摘    要:目的建立山绿茶药材及其制剂中冬青素A的含量测定的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(63∶37);检测波长为210 nm;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;柱温25℃;进样量20μL。结果冬青素A在0.059~1.18 g.L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.4%(RSD为1.3%,n=6)。结论该方法可用于山绿茶药材及其制剂的质量控制,该法简便、准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of ilexgenin A in the crude drug of shanlticha and its preparations. Method RP-HPLC method with C18 column (150 mm × 6 mm, 5μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid solution (63 : 37). The detection wave length was 210 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of ilexgenin A was 0.059 1.18 g ·L^-1( r = 0. 9996) and the mean recovery of ilexgenin A was 100. 4% ( RSD= 1.3 ~, n = 6 ). Conclusion The proposed method was validated to be sample, accurate and reliable.
