大孔树脂分离纯化三七黄酮类成分研究

摘    要:目的:探讨水提三七总皂苷副产物三七黄酮的综合利用,解决三七总皂苷提取中的黄酮类成分分离、纯化工艺。方法:筛选大孔吸附树脂,比较其对三七黄酮成分的吸附性能。结果:大网格组合大孔吸附树脂分离总皂苷后,70%EtOH洗脱黄酮类成分,AB-8树脂较宜于三七黄酮类成分的提纯。结论:经AB-8树脂吸附分离后,提取物中黄酮含量有所提高。AB-8树脂是一种性能优良的吸附剂。

Abstract:Objective:to study overall utilizatikon of Panax pesudonginseng flavanone,to solve the problem of separation and purification of panax pseudoginseng flavanone.Methods:to select the technology of separation and purification of Panax pseudoginseng by macro-reticular resin.Results:after absorbent of AB-8 resin,the content of flavanone is heightened.AB-8 resin can be used to refine the total flavanone in panax pseudoginseng.
