| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的可行性、安全性和成功率。方法回顾性分析2007年3月-2008年5月在我院经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗41例患者58处病变的临床资料其中稳定性心绞痛27例,不稳定性心绞痛11例,心肌梗死3例。结果对41例患者的58处病变进行介入治疗,其中A型病变3处,B型病变9处,C型病变46处。介入治疗成功率97.6%(40/41),不成功的一例为慢性闭塞病变,球囊未能通过。术后前臂血肿2例,桡动脉闭塞一例。无死亡病例。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉PCI治疗成功率高,局部并发症少,适合于绝大多数冠脉病变介入治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective This study was to assess the feasibility,safety,and success rate of trans-radial percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A retrospective method was used to analyze the data of 41 patients receiving coronary artery intervention for stable angina in 27 patients,unstable angina in 11 patients,and myocardial infarction in 3 patients.Results PCI was performed on 58 vessel lesions,which were type A lesion in 3 patients,type B lesion in 9 patients,and type C lesion in 46 patients.Total operationa... |
