老年慢性阻塞性肺病的综合康复效果观察

目的观察综合康复对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者复发情况和生活能力的影响。方法对10例有活动能力、反复发作的COPD患者每周3次给予COPD专项康复治疗方案，包括家庭氧疗、呼吸训练、身体锻炼和健康教育等。6个月后，与治疗前的复发情况和生活能力进行对比分析。结果干预前平均每人在半年内住院2-5次，每次15 d；干预后平均每人在半年内住院1-3次，每次9 d。干预前0～1级0例，2～3级2例，4～5级8例；干预后0～1级5例，2～3级1例， 4～5级4例。两者相比有非常显著性差异(P<0-01)。结论综合康复能降低COPD的复发率，改善患者生活质量。

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
