对妇科病人进行性知识宣教的现状调查分析

目的了解妇科病人对性知识宣教的需求及妇科护士对病人实施性知识宣教的现状.方法应用自制调查表,对妇科住院术后病人88例及妇科护士27人进行问卷调查并分析.结果病人对性知识的需求与护士宣教存在显著矛盾.85.2%的病人认为有必要接受性知识宣教,只有26.1%的病人得到了宣教.结论护患双方转变性观念,护士系统掌握性知识,注重护患交流技巧是缩小护士性知识宣教与病人需求之间矛盾的关键,并有助于提高妇科肿瘤病人的生活质量.

Investigation and analysis of status quo of sex education to gynecological patients

Objective To investigate the needs of gynecological patients for sex education and the status quo of sex education performed by nurses.Methods Eighty-eight patients and 27 nurses from the gynecological department were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire,with the results analyzed.Results There was a gap between the need for sex education from the patients and the enforcement of education by the nurses.85.2% of patients supposed it necessary to be instructed with sex education but only 26.1% of them were.Conclusion Shift of sex concept in both nurses and patients,nurses' systematic knowledge about sex,communicative skills between nurses and patients are key to bridge the gap and meanwhile help to raise the quality of life of patients with gynecological carcinoma.
