| 摘 要： | 医患关系是医疗服务的本质,关系到医院的生存和发展。通过医患博弈分析,得出患者是否选择到医院就诊取决于对医疗服务质量的评价。患者对医院是否会提供高质量的医疗服务的判断带有主观性。医院应该以病人为中心,提高医疗服务质量,提高市场竞争力。
