向心性穿刺对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率影响的观察

目的：比较两种穿刺方法对血液透析患者內瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法：将52例维持性血液透析患者随机分为2组,观察组26例患者內瘘采用动脉端向心方向穿刺法,对照组26例患者內瘘采用动脉端离心方向穿刺法,比较两组患者內瘘并发症发生率,同时比较两种穿刺方法的透析效率有无差异。结果：观察组患者內瘘并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两种穿刺方法的透析效率差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：动脉端向心方向穿刺能减少內瘘并发症的发生率,并能保证透析效率。

Influence of centripetal puncture for complication rates of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients
