皮质类固醇局部注射治疗儿童眼睑血管瘤

目的评价皮质类固醇局部注射治疗儿童眼睑血管瘤的效果。方法将69例儿童眼睑血管瘤随机分为2组:第1组35例,局部注射康宁克通A 20～40mg;第2组34例,局部注射康宁克通A 20～40mg和地塞米松2.5mg。结果第2组的痊愈率和显效率(85.3%)明显高于第一组(71.4%);年龄小于1岁的痊愈率和显效率(87.2%)明显高于1岁以上的患儿(70%);毛细血管瘤的痊愈率和显效率(87.2%)明显高于海绵状血管瘤(59.1%);治疗后患眼总的散光度数明显小于治疗前。结论局部注射康宁克通A和地塞米松是治疗儿童眼睑血管瘤的一种有效、安全、经济的方法。

Local injection of corticosteroids for eyelid hemangioma in children

Objective To evaluate the effect of corticosteroids in the treatment of eyelid hemangioma in infants. Methods 69 cases of eyelid hemangioma patients in children were random divided into two groups, 35 cases in first group were treated with Kenacoa-A; 34 cases in second group were treated with Kenacog-A and Dexamethesone. Results (1) The cure and marked effect rate in the second group (85.3%) was higher than that in the first group (71.4%)(P<0.05); (2) The cure and marked effect rate in patients who were junior to 1 year (87.2%) was higher than ones who were superior to 1 year (70%)(P<0.05); (3) The cure and marked effect rate in patients with capillary hemangioma (87.2%) was higher than ones with cavernous hemangioma(59.1%); (4) The astigmatism of eye with hemangioma has been reduced apparently post-treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Local injection of corticosteroids appeared to be an effective, safe and economic means for treatment of infantile eyelid hemangioma.
