| 摘 要： | 目的 经流式细胞仪(FCM)检测外周血T淋巴细胞表面HLA-B27抗原,探讨其在强直性脊柱炎诊断中的临床意义.方法 分别用流式细胞仪和微量淋巴细胞毒法检测外周血T淋巴细胞表面HLA-B27抗原并进行对比.结果 流式细胞仪检测86例强直性脊柱炎患者标本,79例阳性,微量淋巴细胞毒法检测为76例阳性.流式细胞仪和微量淋巴细胞毒法检测HLA-B27抗原无显著性差异.结论 通过流式细胞仪检测HLA-B27抗原,方法简便,稳定性好,重复性高.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical evaluation of HLAB27 by flow cytometry in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Micro-lymphocytotoxicity test and flow cytometry were adopted to detect HLA-B27 expression and the following results were compared and analyzed.Results The positive incidence of HLA-B27 with flow cytometry was 91.86 % (79/86) in ankylosing spondylitis patients,while the positive incidence with micro-lymphocytotoxicity was 88.37%(76/86).The difference between the two methods was not significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion The detection of HLA-B27 expression with FCM is an easy,stable,accurate method with high repeatability. |
