小儿面瘫甲襞微循环的观察及分析

本文观察了14例贝尔麻痹患儿和200例健康对照组的甲襞微循环变化．发现面瘫患儿大多存在不同程度的甲襞微循环障碍（13／14例，92．9％），与对照组间有显著性差异（P＜0．05）．主要变化为：清晰度降低、流态异常、红细胞聚集及袢周渗出．治疗后．14例患儿面瘫消失的同时，其微循环异常也明显改善．认为临床微循环观测对该病的诊断、治疗有一定指导意义．

Observation and Analysis or Nailfold Microcirculation in Children with Bell's Palsy

Nailfold microcirculation was studied in 14 children with Bell's palsy and 200 healthy control.Various degree of abnormalities were found in nailfold microcirculation in 13/14 subjects with bell's palsy (92.9%), incidence of which was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).The principal changes of microcirculation showed that microvessels were not clear, the flow status wes in disorder,increase of red cells agglutination and the perivascular exudate was found.Alter treated.facial paralysis disappeared in 14 patients.3nd the abnormal features of microcirculation were improved at the same time.The results show that the mornitoring of clincal microcirculation has certainly leading effect in diagnosis and trearment of this disease.
