手术室护理中运用舒适护理效果观察

目的：探讨本院舒适护理对手术清醒患者心理、心率、血压的影响，为指导手术清醒患者配合治疗，提高治疗依从性提供依据。自愿参与研究。方法将2013年6月~2013年12月在本院住院，手术清醒的患者在生活能自理思维、理解力正常，能进行语言沟通，在知情同意的原则下随机分舒适护理组、对照组两组。对照组给予常规护理、舒适护理组在常规护理基础上加舒适护理，比较两组患者在手术前、后抑郁、焦虑量表自评分、血压、心率、自我感觉舒适度，出血量及满意度变化。结果①护理组患者术中、术后各项指标均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；②护理组患者术中出现恐惧、焦虑等不良心理状态的比率为21.21%，明显低于对照组58.46%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；③护理组的护理满意度为96.97%，明显高于对照组75.38%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手术室护理中运用舒适护理效果显著，值得广泛推广。

Observation on clinical efficacy of comfort care in operating room nursing

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of comfort care in operating room nursing, to made guidance for clinical treatment. Methods 131 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into care group （given comfort care） and control group （given conventional operating room nursing） ,the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results ①The indicators of care group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;②The adverse psychological state rate of care group （21.35%） was lower than that of control group （80.36%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;③The satisfaction of care group （100%） was higher than that of control group（80.36%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care has a significant effects in operating room nursing, which is worthy of clinical widely.
