结肠癌并肠梗阻术中处理探讨（附34例病例）

目的：探讨结肠癌并肠梗阻的术中处理方法和效果。方法回顾分析我科2010年7月-2013年12月收治的34例合并有肠梗阻的结肠癌患者的病历资料，并进行总结。结果34例患者经过适当手术处理治疗后，除了1例术后出现伤口感染，3例高龄患者术后伤口哆开，其余患者术后未出现并发症，痊愈出院。结论应选择合适的术式及术中处理方法对结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者进行治疗，这样能够显著地减少并发症的发病率，显著提高治疗效果。

The Investigation about the surgical treatment of colon cancer and intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the colon cancer and intestinal obstruction surgical treatment methods and effects. Methods Did a retrospective analysis about the medical records of 34 cases of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction patients treated in our department from 2010 July to 2013 December and summarized. Results About 34 patients after appropriate surgical treatment, except one case of postoperative wound infected, 3 cases of elderly patients with postoperative wound dehisced, the remaining patients were cured and discharged without complications. Conclusion The appropriate operation about surgical treatment of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction patients is extremely important, which can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and improve the effect of treatment.
