窝沟封闭服务方式对口腔保健措施效果的影响

目的：通过对北京市门头沟区7～9岁儿童集中开展的适龄儿童免费窝沟封闭预防龋齿项目,探索提高窝沟封闭率和口腔健康教育效果的方法。方法抽取门头沟区3所学校422名7～9岁学生,比较第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭三种不同的组织方式对窝沟封闭率的影响,以及口腔健康教育两种方法的效果。结果医生入校提供服务的窝沟封闭率最高,为97.40%;在诊室进行一对一的口腔保健知识培训在知识知晓率和每天至少一次刷牙率这两个方面效果最好,分别为91.67%和90.86%,与对照组数据差异有统计学意义。结论有组织的进行口腔保健措施效果最好。

Influence of service ways of pit and fissure sealant on effection of oral health care

Objective To improve effection of pit and fissure sealant and oral health education through the free project of prevent-ing dental decay by pit and fissure sealant on 7～9 years old children in Mentougou Beijing. Methods 422 students were selected from 3 schools, to compare 3 different ways of the pit and fissure sealant ,and 2 ways of oral health education. Results The highest pit and fissure sealant rate are the group of provided service by doctor in school ,97.40%. One-on-one oral health knowledge training in consulting is the best in terms of knowledge awareness and brush teeth at least one time a day ,91.67% and 96.35%, there are statistically significant. Conclusion Organized for oral health is the best way.
