| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肾癌组织端粒酶活性和端粒长度变化。方法 :分别用 TRAP- EL ISA及 Southernblot方法对 4 0例各型肾癌病理样本进行端粒酶活性和端粒长度的测定。结果 :肾癌组织样本中 90 %呈端粒酶阳性 ,癌旁组织中有部分样本 (2 / 2 2 )呈弱阳性。结论 :端粒酶活性及端粒长度可能成为判定肾癌恶性程度或肿瘤易发性的检测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of telomerase activity and telomere length.Methods:Telomerase in 40 various kidney cancer samples was determined with TRAP ELISA,and at the same time telomere length was detected by Southern blot to confirm the relationship between telomerase positive rate and telomere length.Results:90% cancerous tissue showed the enzyme activity,and telomere length shortened.Conclusion:We conclude that telomerase activity may reflect the malignancy or metastasis of breast cancerous tissue,and telomere length shortening may be useful in help of cancer diagnosis. |
