急性心肌梗死病人心肌酶谱的动态变化及其临床意义

目的　探讨急性心肌梗死病人血清心肌酶谱的动态变化及其临床意义。方法　应用日立 70 6 0型全自动生化分析仪检测急性心肌梗死病人溶栓前和溶栓后GOT ,LDH ,CK ,CK MB ,α HBDH的动态变化。结果　急性心肌梗死病人 5种心肌酶含量均明显高于对照组 ;病人心肌酶活性随发病时间延长而升高 ,随溶栓治疗时间的延长而降低 ,但各种酶变化幅度不一。结论　血清心肌酶谱的动态变化可作为早期诊断心肌坏死及溶栓疗效的重要监测指标

Dynamic Changes and Clinical Significance of Myocardial Enzyme in Acute Myocardial Infraction Patients

Objective To study the Dynamic Changes and Clinical significance of serum myocardial enzyme in patients with acute Infraction Methods 7060 HITACHI automatic analyzer was applied to test the dynamic Changes of serum myocardial enzyme GOT, LDH, CK, CK MB, α HBDH before and after thromybolytic therapy in acute myocardial Infraction patients Results Levels of these five kinds of myocardial enzyme in patients group were higher than that of the control group The activities of these myocardial enzymes went higher with the course of the disease All of them are decreasing along with the thromybolytic therapy, though with different range Conclusion The dynamic Changes of serum myocardial enzyme list can be used as a important guideline to the early diagnosis of acute myocardial Infraction and examination of effects of thromybolytic therapy
