SARS的中西医结合诊治

SARS的临床诊断，目前采用卫生部公布的修订标准，其难点是缺乏成熟、临床实用的客观方法。西医治疗包括抗病毒疗法、肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗、抗生素的使用、给氧治疗、恢复期SARS患者血清治疗等方法。中医认为本病属热病范畴，治疗主要采用分期、分证基础上辨证施治。如何发挥中西医结合治疗SARS的优势，是我们面临的课题。要加强中药抗病毒作用、对症治疗、免疫调节、抗肺纤维化、对抗激素副作用等方面的研究，同时针对目前中医研究中存在的问题进行改进。

The principles of diagnosis and treatment of SARS combined by Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine

The diagnosis of SARS is currently based on the emendatory standards enacted by the Minister of Health. However, there are not objective methods can be applied clinically. Western medical treatment includes antivirus therapy, cortin therapy, the use of antibiotics, oxygen therapy, serum therapy with the serum of convalescent patients, etc. SARS belongs to the fever diseases in the opinion of Chinese traditional medicine. Therefore, the treatment of SARS mainly depends on the stage and symptom of this disease. The challenge we are faced with is to exert the advantages of combined treatment of Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine. We should not only make further studies of the performance of Chinese traditional medicine on antivirus, treatment of symptom, immune adjustment, antifibrosis of pulmonary tissue, relieving the side-effect of hormone, but solve the problems existed in Chinese traditional medical research on SARS.
