摘    要:目的提高戈壁沙漠条件下战伤救护能力。方法针对戈壁沙漠环境气候特点,高寒、高热、辐射强、湿度低、风沙大、温差大、生态环境恶劣,对人员生存和军队行动构成威胁,对战伤救护带来很大影响,制定了适应沙漠救护的应急机动方案和训练方法。结果护理人员掌握了野战卫生装备和救护技术的实际应用,提高了沙漠条件下战伤救护和防护能力。结论训练经验的积累,操作技巧的改进,人力资源的合理利用,是提高训练质量及展开速度的关键。

Abstract:Objective To improve the competence of rescue for battle wounds in the field of gobi and desert.Methods We established the preparatory emergent rescue project and training plan suitable to the rescue in the conditions of desert according to the characteristics of weather and environment in the field of gobi and desert,such as the high cold weather,the high hot weather,strong radiation,low humidity,sand flown by big wind,great difference in temperature,and the foul environment,which will threaten the survival and the actions of army,and will seriously influence the rescue for battle wounds.(Results Through) the training,the nursing staff mastered the use of medical equipments and rescue techniques in field battle,improved the abilities of rescue and protection of battle wounds in desert.Conclusion The experience of training,the improvement of skills and the rational utilization of human resource are the key points in improving the quality and efficiency of training.Author's address:Department of Internal Medicine,No.273 Hospital of PLA,Ku'erle 841000,China
